Charging Troubleshooting

Below is a list of common faults with the TR1200 charger and potential solutions:

• Input Voltage Error: Check if the input voltage conforms to the requirements or not (100 - 120 VAC).
• Abnormal AC Input: Check whether there is AC voltage and whether the input plug is loose.
• Overheating: Check that the fan is running. Ensure that the enclosure can is properly ventilated and that nothing is covering the charger.
• No Battery or Reverse Connection: Check that the battery is properly connected to the charging line.
• Battery Voltage Too Low: Ensure the that battery voltage is at least the starting voltage of the charger.
